The WVCAC is excited to work in partnership with the West Vancouver Memorial Library to present an exciting youth eco-art exhibition!

Expressing messages of awareness, action, & hope, teen artists from across West Vancouver have transformed collected trash into impactful works of art. These young artists share their perspectives through the mediums of sculpture, photography, & large three- dimensional pieces in an effort to convey the challenges our environment continues to face. The exhibit features work by solo artists along with group submissions from Rockridge Secondary School & Sentinel Secondary School art classes.

This exhibit will be presented in conjunction with the touring exhibition Turning Trash Into Treasure, on display at the Silk Purse Arts Centre until May 4-28.

Virtual Artist Talk Wed. May 18, 6:30 pm

Join us for an engaging evening with the artists as they discuss their inspirations & techniques, & take questions from viewers.

Viewing Hours: Monday-Thursday from 10am-8pm, Friday-Sunday from 10am-6pm.
