First Thursdays Art Walk

DISCOVER WHERE YOU LIVE THROUGH ART

Explore the Ambleside & Dundarave neighbourhoods by taking a self-guided tour of our local galleries, public art & community spaces. Join us on May 2, June 6, July 4 & August 1 for the First Thursdays Art Walk to discover & celebrate visual art & local artists.  Each gallery is open from 6pm to 8pm & is free to the public. Experience unique programming at each gallery location.

COMMUNITY ART PROJECT

Participate in the creation of a collaborative community art piece that will be unveiled in August! Look for the painting stations at the Ferry Building Gallery, Silk Purse Gallery, West Vancouver Art Museum and Buckland Southerst Gallery to add your personal creative mark on one of 21 canvases!

Join us in August for the public unveiling of this collaborative art piece, supported by British Pacific Properties. The final image will be on display in the lobby of the Kay Meek Arts Centre from September 10 – 29
