Get an up-close view of an artist at work!
Painter Sang Hee Kim demonstrates the techniques used in minhwa, a genre of traditional Korean folk art depicting symbolic imagery intended to inspire & bring blessings, created by & for the ‘common’ people. Using inks &
 paint, Kim will paint in the gallery, ready to answer questions about her technique, style & inspirations. 
Kim's work can be seen in the exhibition Oriental Paintings & Minhwa: The Art of Happiness.
